How can I pay for my order?

We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • EFT (bank transfer)

The banking details are indicated on your invoice. No orders will be processed without proof of payment.

How will I receive my goods?

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm.

We currently offer door-to-door courier delivery to a residential or business address of your choice in the areas listed below.

Note: Outside of the Western Cape, we only serve areas in or very close to the major city/town centres listed. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How much does delivery cost?

To make sure we give you the best, most transparent pricing on our goods, our delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout. You will be able to see the delivery fee on your invoice; we provide rough estimates on the order form.

Delivery fees depend on several factors, such as the size of your order (the heavier your parcel, the more expensive delivery will be - but generally speaking you can order up to 15kg at a set price), and your location (the further away you live from Cape Town and other major city centres, the more expensive delivery will be).

A tip for even better prices: partner with friends and family members, buy lots of goods at great prices, and split the shipping cost.

How long do I have to wait for my goods?

We buy in bulk once all orders are in to get the best prices; this means we sometimes have to wait a little bit longer to receive our goods.

The exact timeframe in which you receive your goods will depend on when you place your order, when our suppliers deliver the goods to us, and where in South Africa you live.

On average, we recommend budgeting between 7-14 working days for delivery from the time the monthly order cycle closes and you have paid your invoice (no orders will be processed before receipt of payment, and no orders and payments will be accepted after the monthly cut-off date for each order cycle).

Note: Unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, strikes, lockdowns, or road closures could delay delivery time. These are circumstances beyond Grow Health Store’s control, and as such late deliveries of this nature are not a ground for refunds or order cancellations.

Do you issue refunds and exchanges?

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Products damaged during transit – if you receive a product in a damaged state, you need to log a return request with us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. To do so, send us an email to explaining your concern, along with photographs of the damaged goods. We will then be in touch to arrange collection so we can inspect the goods. Should the goods be deemed eligible for a refund once we’ve concluded our inspection, you will be offered an option for a refund.
  • Unwanted products – If you no longer want a specific product (i.e. you changed your mind), you are eligible to notify us via email at and return the product within 7 days of receiving the order, IF the product is sealed in its original packaging (i.e. never been opened), and in a suitable condition for reselling. Note – product returns for unwanted goods are at your own expense; it is your responsibility to correctly package the unwanted goods to ensure there is no damage during transit and return them to our premises (via courier or personal delivery). Goods that arrive damaged will not be considered for a refund.
  • Out of stock products – Should we run out of stock and not be able to obtain an ordered and paid for product from our suppliers within a reasonable time frame, we will issue a refund for that item. We do not issue full order refunds if some products are out of stock – the rest of the order will still be processed and delivered. In the event of stock shortages, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the stock shortage.

A note on exchanges: We do not currently offer product exchanges; if you are unsatisfied with your goods for any of the reasons stated above, following the correct returns procedures, a refund will be issued.

Why don't you have an online store?

We like to keep things simple and straightforward. Our goal is to save you money, so instead of passing third party online store and payment processor costs on to you, we give you an easy, cost effective solution - one monthly order form, one payment method. No hidden fees.

These are early days for us, as we grow we aim to make the experience more seamless and convenient, but we strive to keep things as simple and affordable as possible for you!
